The Week That I Captured 9/52
Back to reality this week! Boooo… By Wednesday I had pretty much had enough of the school run and I am just happy there are only 4 weeks left till the Easter holidays!! Yippeeeeee!
Anyhoo, without to much waffling this is what else we got up too!
Sunday Mr B was at work so I had planned to have a chilled out day. The kiddies played well and we had a wonderful pj day! I prepped everything ready for the return of school and was rather chilled when they were in bed!
As the Mr was working I decided not to do the traditional Sunday roast.. So I opted for fajitas instead!
With Moo back at school and H having to miss his first day back at play-school due to a pre-op at the hospital we were pretty busy! I rushed Moo into school and me and Mr B made a quick dash to the hospital to make the 9.20 appointment! It was tight but we got there with 5 minutes to spare!
We all left by 10:30 and were back home by 11, H not feeling overly confident he would have to come back! He was more excited about the copious amount of Thomas toys in the playroom!
H was back at play school and as much as he wanted to go back he was a little terror with me leaving him! He was pretty much hanging of my leg and was not showing any signs of letting go! Eventually I managed to settle him down and I was on my way back home to watch the eagerly anticipated Broadchurch final!
Later me and Mr B went to the shops, we had to buy a gift for H for his hospital visit, and we had a cheeky coffee in peace!
When we returned home, I snuggled on the sofa with a hot water bottle and my crochet.. I wasn’t feeling 100%
Once all kiddies were dropped of at school, I went to my sisters. We had a quick lunch and then popped into town. I wanted to check out Aldi.. To be honest I wasn’t entirely impressed! No saving on my shopping for me!! Some of the brands I wasn’t keen on and they didn’t do proper coke! *coke snob*
With the Mr now working late’s for the next few nights I was prepping everything early! I was up rather early so I managed to get all the uniform ironed for the next day BEFORE the school run! Was pretty impressed! I even managed two cups of tea before I left too!
I came home and had a couple electricians round fixing a few problems! We found out that we had a live wire hanging out so we had to book in an emergency booking for someone to come round and fix that too!
Later I ahd to go and pick up my new lenses! I was blind for over an hour and a half and it was really scary! Especially as I had to take the kiddies with me! They misbehaved a little as it was a pretty long wait in the waiting room for them, I ended up taking them to McDonalds for their tea! I was good and saved myself for my dinner for when I was home, minted lamb!
My favourite day! Picked the kiddies up, cooked pizza for tea and generally relaxed! The week back at school and play school had knackered both kids out so they asked for an early night! I had the evening to my self so I caught up on all my recorded programmes until the Mr arrived home at 8.30!
The weather was glorious today!!
With the Mr at work today I had to wait in all day for this emergency call out! Was a pretty chilled out day, playing games and eating lots!
fajita tea // coke break // Broadchurch catch-up! // under the weather // blind! // thanks to my nanny I am hooked on this stuff! // the sun makes a wonderful appearance!
