Tabby McTat {What We’re Reading}

Me, You and the old guitar,

How perfectly, perfectly happy we are.

MEEE-EW and the old guitar,

How PURRRR-fectly happy we are!

Tabby McTat, another Julia Donaldson favorite! Thor loves this. Anything to do with cats at the moment he will listen to. I love the story too. The story is so touching and surprisingly deep.

Based around a tabby cat and his busker friend, it follows the cat trying to reunite himself with him. It also has a very catchy song!

Definitely a must if you have not already read this book.

If you have been reading and want to share then please pop by Lucy (dear beautiful) Kelle (Maggie Stone) and Carrie (Space for Butterflies) and see what they have been reading and link up there!

    This is a big favourite of ours here. In fact we love all the Julia Donaldson ones, and are going to get a few more on Christmas list too. x

    We love Julia Donaldson books but we’ve not got this one – time to go add it to the list I think, it sounds like a wonderful story!

    Tabby McTat is a big favourite in this house, in fact all the Julia Donaldson ones are (except Follow The Swallow which is the dullest book ever!!!) She just has such a great way of writing and it just captures kids’ imaginations. x
