Some Thing I Love #29
This week has been rather busy. I have tried to get out and about and not go stir crazy inside. I think that is the key to surviving the six weeks holiday! But without further ado, these are the little gems I have been loving this week.
Something I read: I have been reading a lot of blogs this week, I love the app Bloglovin, and I love the fact at the tap of a finger tip on my iPad I can get all my favourite blogs. I tend to read them in bed of a morning before I get up!
Some thing I watched: I started watching Ray Donavon (Sky Atlantic). Its all rather seedy if I am honest. Its been on for a few weeks, but I was flicking through Demand on Sky and noticed 3 episodes so downloaded them. The plot revolves around Ray covering up problems for the rich and famous but he has his own family problems to deal with, when his father is released from prison. Ive just watched the 3rd episode and its just got interesting!
I have a few things on my planner to watch, one of those is Southcliffe (Channel 4) I really can’t wait to watch it, looks really good!
Some thing I wore: I wear glasses, I have done since I left school, I have never really had a pair of sunglasses as I refused to pay for the prescription for them. A few weeks back I went to the optician and I needed new lenses and my luck was in, they were doing free prescription sun glasses! I ended up dis-regarding the free ones they were offering as they would of made me look like Deirdre Barlow so I ended up getting a pair of Ray Bans.. So I have been wearing my sunny’s!
Some thing I listened to: I really like Mumford and Sons, they have some great songs and I saw this on Daybreak the other day and quickly went of to Spotify it. I just love this video!
Some thing I cannot live without: This blog… I
think finally I know where I want it to go, what I want it to be. Its taken me a while and I think I got it into my head I should be writing for others and not for myself. I am really happy with it at the moment. Sometimes i get a bit disgruntled by it all, but again I need to realise its for me and my children, as a memory..
