An Ordinary Moment I will Miss {The Ordinary Moments}

Everyday I have my little pal with me. I drop him at play school and then 3 hours later I pick him up and we have the rest of the afternoon together. It mainly consists of Thomas, Percy and the rest of the gang!

When I start to get ready to leave for the school run, H always knows and once he has his coat on, he tucks aways 2 trains. He pops them in his pocket and they are bought out once we have reached our destination. Once we are parked and the engine is off, he then declares you be Thomas and I will be Percy mummy its not always Thomas or Percy, it could be Edward or Stanley, or Flynn..

On this particular day I took the photo, I was Porter and H was Thomas.. I actually enjoy these little games we play in the car before picking Moo and would be lying if I said I didn’t.

We play hide and seek with the trains, or helping each other out of the pretend sticky mud! or we just rest in Tidmouth Sheds!

This is something I am going to miss very much when he starts school this year! In the mean time I will carry on being whoever he wants me to be!

    Ahh such a sweet moment. I’m sure you’ll treasure all the moments before he starts school. But then you can share some new moments I’m sure. I’m already emotional about school and h doesn’t start till next year! xxx

    Ah this made me emotional. I love those little moments, they really are the best kind. Mads and LL both love taking their ‘treasures’ out their house- it could be anything, but mostly at the moment it is their Toy Story toys. I just love how they always ask to take something out, it’s a guarantee!

      I always end up with a pocketful of trains 😉 it’s something I’m going to treasure just that little bit longer for! X
