Living Arrows 3/52

Ever since I can remember the little boy has been obsessed with trains. Last year we built this train track. It took a few attempts, firstly nailing the track to the MDF board. Then realising it came up pretty easily. So we nailed and glued it, and painted it green {originally is was felted over with but that soon went horrible}

This by far has to be his favourite thing to play with {when he is not playing with his sisters stuff} He asks for it daily and would play with it for hours.

His Thomas train collection is growing too {I am not sure if thats my obsession though} and he adores them, taking them to bed with him and clinging onto them for dear life when we pick his sister up from school.

Even though he was full of spots he still asked me to play with this. A quiet Sunday just him and me.

    This track looks like so much fun, I think I’d be entertained by it myself! A quiet Sunday with just him and you sounds wonderful, I cannot wait for days like this with my little one. Stopping by from Living Arrows. Have a lovely day!

    Oh, sounds like my sort of boy, able to stick to one activity for ages! And it sounds so blissful and peaceful, a day with a child who keeps himself busy! #LivingArrows

    Mads loves trains and I think we should invest in a train set for her. That one does look very fun! x

    I wouldn’t even think to nail a trainset to a board yet putting a trainset together each time would frustrate me! What a great idea! Such a lovely photo, great view! x

    I love the perspective of this pic – like a little spider hanging from the ceiling x
