THE CROWN, STEP INTO CHRISTMAS, A SCHOOL CAROL SERVICE

Its F R I Y A Y which only means one thing and thats a LittleLove round up with Coffee Work Sleep Repeat.

What a week! G and H are on full countdown mode for christmas now and I have two very excited children on my hands! They finished school on Wednesday so we have been taking it easy since, we have a busy christmas so the relaxation before is just what we need.

I have been loving lots of things this week though, so without too much waffling here is this weeks #LittleLove

Read

My friend kindly bought me a few magazines this week to take my mind of things. It was such a sweet gesture! If you have not caught up on my post I wrote this week about my hospital news then if your interested in my melanoma journey you can read it here

Watched

I am finally up to date with Orange Is The New Black! Season 4 I found a little slow, but it ended on a huge cliff hanger and I cannot wait to see where season 5 takes us when it returns!

With one boxset finished I have now started to watch The Crown {Netflix} and already 2 episodes in I am hooked. I have heard so many good things about this series, practically everyone on the #littlelove linky has mentioned it, so I am excited to finally be able to start it.

I have been circling all my favourite shows to watch over the christmas period. I actually bought the Christmas Radio Times this year! There is so much on TV I want to watch so my planner has lots scheduled!

Heard

They don’t make Christmas songs like they used too… The radio has been playing the old classics in the morning on the school run and much to the children embarrassment I have been loving singing along! We are officially stepping into Christmas!

I also heard G and H’s school sing carols at the village church. It was a whole school visit and it felt very christmassy! Parents were invited along and it bought the community together. The service was conducted by the school too which made it extra special.

Wore

G needed to new trainers this week. She stated to complain about her toes hurting and we realised her old ones were a size smaller that what she is! {bad parent!} Mr B took her shopping as I was at a party with H. I did mention which ones I would prefer her to have before we left! Luckily G liked them as well! She also got some boots, which are not ones I would of picked out, but she really liked them.

Made

Nothing out of the ordinary. I have bought a pre-made gingerbread house which we will be decorating today {Friday} I attempted to make one last year and it was a complete and utter disaster so I swore I would not attempt it again!

And lastly..

We are all set now for Christmas. I have managed to wrap presents in advance so I am not doing it all last minute like I normally do. Christmas Eve we are having a bit of a clear out and hopefully moving some of the furniture back into the bedrooms {finally!!} and then we are all going to relax with a special tea {not sure what we are having yet} I am so excited!

I really do hope you all have an amazing christmas!

I am linking up with the ever so lovely Morgana over at her new blog Coffee Work Sleep Repeat  for this linky,

We always pick up the radio times, such a great way to get excited for the festive TV. I haven’t seen the crown, maybe one to look up although I do struggle to watch a series without Mr H. I hope you had a magical Christmas despite your news x

The Crown is just so perfect isn’t it? I bought my dad a Netflix subscription and a Chromecast for his TV just so he could watch it. He’s a massive royalist and old enough to remember the coronation so I can’t wait to hear what he thinks of it.
Hope you’ve had a lovely Christmas, Anna-Marie xx
