New Books, Kodaline, New Shoes… Little Love 28/52

Happy Friday peeps… Another week has passed and its time for another little catch up with all the lovely bloggers that link up with Morgana and their #littleloves

Its been an emotional week this week.. Transition evening at H’s play school and then packing him off to “big school” for the morning! Oh it was so upsetting seeing him sitting in the front row in assembly! I have another 7 weeks to prepare myself fully!

Without to much waffling, this is what I have been loving this week…

This week I saw some books I wanted so with some birthday money left over I bought them. I am hoping this summer will be a good summer for reading! First up Marian Keyes. I Love her books, so I am hoping this lives up to her others!

I borrowed Gone Girl from my mum this week and although it was a good watch, I found it slightly weird! I have the book so its on my summer read list. Me and the Mr were constantly giving each other the raised eyebrow about some of the sadistic things the wife did! If you have not watched it, then definitely do!

I also watched the UK version of “Married At First Sight” The first episode was a bit boring but its the weddings next week! It is pure trash and really the wrong way to get married, but its addictive TV and unfortunately I cannot switch off!

I am loving Kodaline at the moment. I showcased them a few weeks ago with their 2 part video session. This week I am loving this song. I have played it so many times I have lost count.

These beauties have not left my feet since they arrived on Tuesday. My collection of Solillas is growing and they have to be the most comfiest shoes I own..

I have not made anything this week, but I do plan to make some lovely bits at the weekend.. Some coconut cakes {thats not the real name!} and a Plum and Blueberry crumble!

‘And lastly..’

Sometimes I need reminding every now and then of this little quote…

I hope you all have a wonderful week ahead!

I adore Kodaline so so very much. Literally downloaded every song on to my playlist that they have ever made. I felt much the same about Gone Girl – good film, well acted. But stayed with me a couple of days as it’s hard to watch and, as you say, weird.

    Love that quote xx

I love that little sign. I thought the Gone Girl movie was good but the ending was as weid as the book – the ending of both spoilt it completely for me. Have a lovely weekend x

We watched Gone Girl last night, it was so weird and creepy! I actually had trouble sleeping last night! Pretty sure it’s put Mr C off marriage for life too 😉 x

I can’t remember if I have watched Gone Girl, it does sound familiar! I’ve never tried solilas either so maybe I need to look them up. I think my leopard ones from office are similar. Have a lovely weekend x

Ahh we watched Married at First Sight too, I want to know how they’ve got on! It must be hard seeing them start big school, I hope he enjoyed transition 🙂 xx

I’ve not seen Married at First Sight, but think it’s something I need to watch!
Hope you’re having a good week lovely xx
