What a half term! I actually cannot believe its Friday. The bank holiday has completely thrown me and I am a day out. This week has been pretty chilled and although we have had the odd day out visiting friends and family its been nice just to have a relaxing, stress free half term. I am not looking forward to next week if I am honest {I never am!} So without too much waffling here is what I have been loving this week..

I finished Behind Closed Doors this week. As I said last week it was a really good read and would recommend it to anyone that doesn’t want to fall to deeply into a book. I soon started another which my mums husband lent me, The Trouble With Goats and Sheep by Joanna Cannon. I am literally pages in as I have been so tired this week I have not been reading much.

I have fallen hook line and sinker for Gossip Girl! Where the hell was I when it first aired originally! I am working my way through season one thanks to Netflix! We have a few things to catch up on The Tunnel: Sabotage {we are 3 episodes behind!} and Billions which I really do need to catch up on. I may of started watching Love Island too which means my summer is over with!

I also saw the new Beauty and The Beast teaser trailer.. I cannot wait for it to hit the cinema! Its one of my favourite Disney films so I am excited to see how it pans out into a live action film!

I have not heard much this week, apart from giggles, laughter, and a few a lot of MUUUUUUUMMMMMMMM, He did this, or She did that!

Thick hoodies… This week has been awful weather wise and the temperature feels like we are in the midst of winter if I am honest! I went to bed in my onesie on Wednesday and I took a hot water bottle with me for good measure! I am pining for some sun {just a little!}. I am very envious of those who have had glorious weather this week.

I was planning to bake this week but I didn’t get round to doing it! I have made numerous train track design with H though and H made me sleep with him on Tuesday, does that count? G was at a friends sleepover and H didn’t want to go to bed on his own, so took me with him! Normally we don’t allow it but he was so upset he would be upstairs on his own I decided to take my laptop and join him in bed!

‘And lastly..’

This week we have been inundated with quotes. We have had a few letdowns, which is quite disappointing as I am actually fed up the the “quote” process. Its exciting as our ideas are coming together but a long way off till we get to see the finished result!

Have a lovely weekend!

Oh crikey your weather has been very different to ours. We have been blessed since last Friday. I’m hoping it stays for this weekend. We are loving watching Billions, we’re up to date and crikey it is intense. At one stage I felt sorry for him but the last couple of episodes have made me realise, well I won’t say! Have a lovely weekend x #littleloves

Oh I used to love Gossip Girl with Blair, Serena, Chuck and Dan, my guilty pleasure. I wish they would make a follow on episode, although I seem to remember that there is a flash forward in the series finale.

The weather here hasn’t been the best either so we were determined to make the most of it today when the sun decided to put in an appearance.

Gossip girl was my guilty pleasure at one time. I don’t think I watched every series though so if we ever get netflix I’ll have to catch up. Can you believe I don’t remember watching beauty and the beast as a child? don’t worry I bought it my daugter for Christmas and have since watched ad enjoyed it. The trailer looks great. Hope your weather has improved.

I’m sorry you’ve had bad weather! It’s been beautiful here for the last 3 weeks (sorry to rub it in!)! I’ve never seen Gossip Girl, but have heard many people say it’s good. Glad you have had a nice relaxing week off with the kids and this week hasn’t been too hard! x
