Its F R I Y A Y which only means one thing and thats a LittleLove round up with Coffee Work Sleep Repeat.

I have taken an unexpected break from blogging. Its lasted longer than I expected and I am now heading into a three week blogging break! The last few weeks have been really intense, so intense I have lost myself in my own thoughts and its resulted in me taking some time out. Its been a well deserved break and I think I am finally back to where I want to be. I have taken the time to plan my work over December and I am hoping to have some really exciting posts coming up.

This week has been all about the deliveries! I have waited in all week for parcels. My last one was due today {Thursday} and as I write this, its still not arrived. I am hoping it does because I have lots to get down tomorrow !

Without too much waffling here is this weeks #LittleLove

Shamefully nothing… Can we skip this bit?

I managed to catch the new BBC drama Love, Lies and Records last Friday. Its a drama series following registrar Kate Dickenson who tries to juggle her personal life with the daily dramas of births, marriages and deaths and the impact they have on her. It was a really good watch and its written by Kay Mellor who I really love. She writes some really good programs!

Another program I have been loving lately is How To Get Away With Murder! Its so good and has me wanting more at the end of each episode. The writer is Shonda Rhimes, who also writes Greys Anatomy, which I absolutely love and can watch over and over. Basically HTGAWM is about a group of ambitious law students and their brilliant criminal defense professor. They become involved in a twisted murder plot that promises to change the course of their lives. If you have not seen it then its definitely one for your watch list!

I can’t not mention I’m A Celeb. Its my weakness and so far I am really enjoying it. I have already made my list of who I want to see do the cyclone challenge. I just hope my favourites last that long! Its good to have Ant and Dec back on our screens too!

I am still very much listening to Sia’s christmas album. I’m loving it and she doesn’t disappoint. I have also been listening to {not by choice, mind} The Descendants 2 soundtrack. G is totally obsessed and I find myself humming along to the songs throughout the day. Annoying, yes!

Lastly have you seen the Boots Christmas advert? I love the song they used. The advert is lovely too, all about the relationship of sisters and how they really do know each other.

Whilst searching for it on YouTube I found lots of cover versions. I found this one which isn’t a patch on the original but rather lovely all the same.

Our winter coats have finally made a reappearance. I have literally been hanging out to wear mine as I refuse to believe that its actually winter coat weather. Don’t get me wrong, I love wearing a big coat, but I prefer to just wear a nice wooly wrap. G and H have been wearing theirs for some time and the other morning, its was so cold and icy it was a must! I know need to dig out the hats and scarves!

G and H made their Christmas list last weekend. I am so surprised at how long they were! G has only just had her birthday so I was expecting her to struggle a little, but she managed to write a hefty list! We placed them on the fireplace and as if by magic the elves had taken them throughout the night! I love this time of year, its so exciting!

I made a hearty sausage casserole this week. Its something I have not made in a while so it went down a treat. Both G and H didn’t moan about it and it was nice to eat a good comfort food dish!

This week I have struggled a little. Monday was pretty horrific and I was a bit very unhinged. Something happened which stemmed a complete and utter breakdown from me in the playground. It was my own fault as I had been a bit slack with taking my medication. I burst into tears in the playground, cried all the way home and then sobbed into a pillow like I was a teenager. It didn’t help that G was also feeling somewhat the same! I go through moments in life where I really struggle. I take tablets to ease the anxiety and to help me see life more clearly. I’ve never really spoken about it before on here but I was in such a depressive state that a friend said how sad I looked, she told me to have a bath and an early night – so I did. Today I have woken feeling a bit brighter, I am back on my tablets and hoping they kick in soon. Mental health should not be a taboo. It’s a mixture of things with me. Things I’ve been through which I struggle to come to terms with on a daily basis. Things I am going through which I find really hard to get my head round. I used to find it embarrassing that I popped a tablet each day to make things seem brighter, but after yesterday I couldn’t give a damn what people think. If people think I’m a psychotic, depressive person so be it, they have no clue as to what I’ve been through or going through. I’m going to make sure I’m not so slack on the tablets, just goes to show they actually do, do something

What ever your up to, have a wonderful weekend!

Glad you are feeling better now, always good to talk about these things as you aren’t alone. Winter coats are a must now, I’ll have to check out those TV programmes as I haven’t heard of them before #LittleLoves

You are doing so well considering everything you’re going through right now. Take it easy on yourself and definitely stick to the medication, I don’t think anyone can judge you for it and if they do they aren’t worth a second thought anyway. xxx
