Its F R I Y A Y which only means one thing and thats a LittleLove round up with Coffee Work Sleep Repeat. As I type this I am currently on hold to the local {rather large} DIY company. 40 minutes I have been stuck on the phone and 12 hours I have stayed at home waiting for a delivery, which is yet to turn up! This week has been all about deliveries, nearly every day I have had one and today is a delivery of internal oak doors which do not seem to be out on a van!

I have been loving lots of things this week though, so without too much waffling here is this weeks #LittleLove

Shamefully not much. I did pick up a gossip magazine which doesn’t really count as “reading”! I Have read lots of blog post this week though.

Most importantly I read an email from the shop we bought out carpets from to say they are ready to fit when we are! I am beyond excited that we will get the carpet in the bedrooms before Christmas!

The finale of The Missing was on this week and I won’t give any spoilers away as I know how frustrating it is when you read them, but those that watched it, wasn’t it a good-un? I really do hope they pick up another series! So many twist and turns had me gripped from episode one and the finale did not disappoint.

I hate to say but I am 3 weeks {yes you read that right – 3 whole weeks} behind on The Walking Dead. I am not sure why as its something I normally cannot wait for. Its a good excuse to binge watch them over the weekend!

On the way to school yesterday, the local radio station literally played, Christmas song after Christmas song. I was rather giddy about this, singing along and dancing away {once we parked!} G and H were not impressed and told me several times to be quite and to stop embarrassing them! 2 of my favourites that came on yesterday..

Its been really really chilly this week. So cold in fact my car was -3 when I got into it the other morning! I have wrapped up warm with my blankets most evenings.

I wore my Chelsea boots this week and it was so icy I nearly slipped over so the Uggs made a quick return!

This week I made some cakes. I love Bakewell Tart and I decided to make some Frangipane slices. You can grab the recipe here, they were so morish!

I also helped make H’s homework. Meet Bob.. One of the best pieces of Homework H has had to complete!

Also, I have made a real effort with Instagram this week. I tend to slack a bit but I have been posting more regularly and even using a few hashtags along the way!

And lastly..

I am linking up with the ever so lovely Morgana over at her new blog Coffee Work Sleep Repeat  for this linky,

I cannot wait to listen to Christmas music.. I buy a new CD every year! We also plan to put the tree up on Sunday! So exciting 🙂

Enjoy your weekend and hope the delivery came in the end. ox

Ha ha love the cute little creation by your son…or you 😉 The Missing was amazing! I’m going to miss it so much on Wednesday evenings. Deliveries are an absolute pain in the rear aren’t they? Sounds like you’ve got lots going on at your house – hope it all comes together before Christmas.

We’ve had the Christmas albums playing in the office, and yay for cold winter days, some days it’s taken all day for the office to warm up. The missing was incredible, very sad that Sophie is clearly very disturbed. Have a great week x

Yay for Christmas songs and wasn’t The Missing finale brill? I hate it when you’ve invested weeks in a program and then the ended is a bit “meh” but this was perfect. I don’t think you’re missing too much being behind with The Walking Dead, I’m just not feeling this series. xx

Love Bob! He looked like he’d have been fun to make too.
I’ve just caught up on The Missing, it was a good one wasn’t it? I can’t believe that you’re that behind with The Walking Dead! To be fair though, I don’t think this season has been that great so far. Negan is a good character but everything else feels a bit ‘meh’, my husband has even said he might stop watching it! xx
