Its F R I Y A Y which only means one thing and thats a LittleLove round up with Coffee Work Sleep Repeat.

I am feeling so much better than last week! This week has been so busy. Last minute Christmas shopping, christmas plays, our schools Christmas bazaar, our Christmas disco and so much organising! I am on official countdown until the children break up next week. We are all in need of a few slower paced days before the fun of celebrating with family!

Without too much waffling here is this weeks #LittleLove

really really slacking here…

I’ve made sure to catch up with all my TV this week! I was so behind last week I had a mammoth catch up whilst ill in bed at the weekend. I’ve thrown myself into The Crown! I think I am two episodes away from fishing which I am totally gutted about as I waited so long for it to air on Netflix, I seem to have binged watched it! Roll on Season 3.

I also started watching ITV’s new detective programme Bancroft. Its very good and I cannot wait to watch the final episode. All four should now be on ITV player if you have not caught it. Here is a quick synopsis,

Sarah Parish plays respected police officer DCI Elizabeth Bancroft, a woman with dark secrets in her past. Ruthless and courageous, Bancroft is a brilliant copper. She has given her life to the police force.
Consequently, she’s trusted and adored by her colleagues and promotion to Detective Chief
Superintendent looks assured. Bancroft is running an operation to bring down the pernicious and
vicious Kamara gang. She adopts dubious methods, but the most violent brother, Athif (Amit Dhut),
rules the local town with an iron fist, so it’s hard not to applaud her actions.

Lots of Christmas songs. H was in his last ever nativity this year and I was lucky enough to be the mother of Joseph! He played the part so well. The whole nativity was so good, and they all sang beautifully. H has been rather shy in singing in front of me, but he really did do so well in singing at the top of his voice on the day. Mighty proud of him!

I also heard this song the other day. Took me right back to when I met Mr B. Blink 182 were all the rage!

I went out-out this week! Its something that very rarely happens so I made an extra effort. I went to meet two school friends. It felt so surreal, sitting around, eating, and reminiscing about school. Very strange, but very lovely to catch up with them. I didn’t take any outfit photos, as I completely forgot!

My main staple wardrobe piece this week has been cosy jumpers, jeans and boots. Its been so cold, my hat and gloves have become a permanent fixture. The temperature has dropped dramatically these past few days and I have really struggled standing in the playground!

Since the 1st of December both G and H have been making their Lego Advent calendars. How times have changed from when I was younger! aI have been enjoying seeing what is behind each door everyday as much as they have!!

I am back at the hospital today. Its hopefully just a check up appointment but there is always that part of me that worries they could pick something up. I just need to get this one last appointment of the year out the way then I can fully concentrate on Christmas!

Whatever your up to, have a lovely weekend!

That Lego Star Wars advent calendar is driving me insane (we have it too) – everything that has come out of it is dragged around with us everywhere we go at the moment. He loves it! The moody teen has a makeup one so I keep trying to nick what she’s been getting. Funny how we had no options other than chocolate when we were that age. Yay for getting out! Bet it was lovely meeting up with your old school friends. I’m knackered after all the school events this week so you must be absolutely exhausted after organising them all with the PTA! Hope you got on ok at your check up. Have a great week x

Thanks for the tip on Bancroft. ‘ll be trying that tonight. I’m rubbish at knowing what’s on actual tv these days.
I was OBSESSED with that Blink album, it’s just so good. I think I’ll be having it as my soundtrack to the day now!
I hope your appointment went well and that now you can focus on Christmas fun xx

Definitely watch Bancroft, would love to know what you think! I was a bit disappointed with how it ended but I’m guessing they will do another series x
