BACK IN A ROUTINE, THE MISSING, A CHEEKY PLUG | LITTLE LOVE 2/52

Its F R I Y A Y which only means one thing and thats a LittleLove round up with Coffee Work Sleep Repeat.

We are officially back into a routine of the daily grind. G and H have been thrown back into the school. I have been rather busy with appointments, deliveries and meetings and I can honesty say this week ha flown by. I actually cant quite believe its Little Loves time!

I have been loving lots of things this week though, so without too much waffling here is this weeks #LittleLove

Read

I stared a new book this week, The Missing by C.L.Taylor. I am really enjoying it and making steady progress. The chapters are quite short so its a pretty easy read.

Watched

I had a bit of a Netflix binge the other day. Since watching The Crown its been recommending all things royal to watch so I gave in and watched Diana. I was actually quite surprised at how the film portrayed her and was quite shocked with some of her antics!

I also watched The Fault In Our Stars and cried the whole way through. Such a sad film. I was a sobbing mess when the credits rolled.

Heard

The weather man saying we are potentially getting snow! Today {Thursday} we have had non stop rain so if we were to get a white layering of fluffy stuff, I doubt very much it would settle! I wont lie I love the snow, but I am not a fan if I have to drive it in.

Wore

My Onesie has been on most evenings this week. It has been so cold I have literally put it on as soon as the door closes from the school run.

Thanks to the heavy downpour, I got to use my new umbrella my mum and her partner got me for christmas.

I am in dire need of some new clothes. Hopefully next week I am going to pop out and by a few new bits. I have already spied some bits online I want to get.

Made

We have not put them together yet, but this week we received an order of 2 new sliding door wardrobes which need building! We designed them ourselves in the IKEA website and they calculated it all and worked out everything we needed and automatically worked it out and put it in our basket. It saved us so much time trawling through the site working out which shelf we needed or which set of drawers. I am so excited to finally get a proper wardrobe built this weekend!

My mum and her partner came over this week and I rustled up a shepherds pie. I love a shepherds pie! good hearty winter warmer!

And lastly..

I have started a weekly link up {sorry blatant plug!} I am basically sharing The Week I Captured in a round up post on a Sunday. I would love it, if its your thing that you come and share your posts with me, you can read my first one here and you can also use the hashtag #theweekicaptured on Instagram and I will share my favourites in my post. Would love to see you join in!

I am linking up with the ever so lovely Morgana over at her new blog Coffee Work Sleep Repeat  for this linky,

We’ve had a teeny tiny bit of snow. I normally HATE snow because the entire country seems to go to pot, but now that I don’t have to commute I was really hoping for piles of the stuff! Such a shame to only get a bit. LOVE that umbrella. And yay for a proper wardrobe! I know how exciting that is – we had a rickety, awful thing for years and it’s so lovely to finally have a proper one. Hope you have a great weekend! x #LittleLoves

How good was the Crown? We were hooked. can’t wait for it to come back on. Always great to start a new linky there are new blogs starting each and every day. Good luck with it. I used to have one and am dying to start a new one in the next few months. It’s a great way to have a small community together supporting each other. Happy weekend ahead. #littleloves

Do watch Diana, it was a really good insight into her life, whether it be true though is a different question all together!

You cannot beat a onesie or snuggly PJs in the evenings. I would wear them all day if I could. I very nearly bought The Fault in Our Stars the book yesterday. I’ll pick it up next time to read before I see the movie. Our snow was pretty non existent here too! x

It is a very good film!

The Fault in Our Stars made me bawl. I stupidly watched it on my ipad while cooking roast dinner once and ended up crying while chopping the veg, my poor husband walked in and walked straight out again, haha!
On a brighter note I’m loving that umbrella. Whenever I see anything with flamingos on and I always think of you… in a none creepy way, obvs! xx
