Reality TV, Birthday Prep, Good News… Little Loves 42/52

Its Friday, and it can only mean one thing.. Little Love time. This is my favourite part of the week, it lets me reflect on all the little things I have loved.

Today brings the start of half term and I have been looking forward to it all week. Its been a whirlwind 7 weeks and both Moo and H are in need of the week break {I would be lying if I said I didn’t need it too!}

Without to much waffling, this is what I have been loving this week…

Read

I have not read much this week. I have had a flick through ideal home magazine. I love getting inspiration ideas for our house and I have so many ideas floating around my tiny head that I cannot wait to bring to life in our home.

I caught Moo reading Harry Potter this week! I was sitting in the car waiting outside the school and i caught her out the corner of my eye with my book. She seemed quite engrossed!

Watched

I started watching River on BBC One. I caught a clip of it on Gogglebox so decided to download it. I can see it being really good. Ive yet to watch episode two.

I also have The Forgotten on my planner which I still need to watch but my american shows have taken over this week.

24 Hours In A&E is back too. I love it and it was so heartbreaking this week! Blub fest!

I can’t pass this section up without mentioning good-ole Made In Chelsea.. Its back!

 Heard

I have heard this song a lot recently, whether it be, adverts or on the radio. It seems to have stuck and as I searched for it online I came across the video. Its pretty traumatic and I sat and cried through he whole thing. I adore the song though so couldn’t help but share! {Sorry in advance!}

Wore

I am stuck this week for this one. I haven’t worn anything in particular. I love this section for other bloggers, but mine tends to be the same old! Will try better next week!

Made

We “made” a start on Moo’s birthday presents this week. In just a few weeks she turns seven! SEVEN!! I still cannot quite believe it and I am feeling very emotional that my big girl is growing up so quickly.

‘And lastly..’

Last week I was told I the results of my last operation and I am so pleased that everything went well and I have been given the all clear. I am still under the hospital and I need to go back every 3 months, but I am skin cancer free. Its a huge weight of my shoulders and I feel elated. I just want to thank everyone for their comments, messages and words of support. Its wonderful that so many people have given me so much support when I was feeling so low.

Also, if you didn’t catch my bathroom reveal, you can read it here

I am linking up with the ever so lovely Morgana over at her new blog Coffee Work Sleep Repeat  for this linky,

    I’m so glad you got good news from the hospital. It must be such a weight off your mind, but also reassuring to know you will be closely monitored for the foreseeable future. I’ve just had a look at your bathroom makeover. I love the colour of your tiles, they are a bold choice but look amazing x

    Glad to hear you have been given the all clear. I’m sure it is a relief. I don’t think we have the same taste in t.v. but I had a sneak peek at your bathroom and love it. So fresh, yet the burnt orange really adds warmth! Hope you have a great week x
