– Half Term, The Affair, Ripple Blankets… | Little Loves 43/52 –

Its Friday, and it can only mean one thing.. Little Love time. This is my favourite part of the week, it lets me reflect on all the little things I have loved.

What a week! Half term has literally flown by and I can’t believe we are nearing the end and soon we will be back to the norm of school-runs, homework and everything else that is all things school!

Without to much waffling, this is what I have been loving this week…

Not much.. Moo and H have been busy reading this week. I love listening to Moo read. H is recognising words and letters which still amazes me.

This week I started watching The Affair.. Its on Sky Atlantic and its quite addictive TV. I am hooked and I love the set up of how the first half is about him and the second part of the hour is about her. I have steamed through season one and I am now on season 2. Is anyone else watching it? Would love to know your thoughts..

Because of the above, I have not really watched anything else. I did watch the Walking Dead and I will not spoil it for anyone, but I am still in utter shock at what happened. I have a theory that is quite possible but only time will tell.

This week has been half term, and as much as I love it, I am not a huge fan of the bickering that comes with it. We have not got through a day without an argument! When Moo and H play together they are a dream and really do play so nicely, but as soon as someone wants to stop the game, all hell breaks loose!

Whilst in the bath the other day, Mr B was listening to his music downstairs.. This came on and was a complete throwback to my younger days.. {Bit of a weird, mash-up video someone has put together as I can’t find the video!}

Wellies! Its been raining quite a bit this week. Torrential through the night, which doesn’t do anything for sleep!

I may of worn my pjs for the whole day too on Tuesday. No plans, so we slobbed the whole day. It felt rather good!

Some of you are aware I am making a ripple blanket. Its been a long process and finally I am at the end! I am on my last round {I may of even finished it by the time this goes live!} I cannot wait to snuggle on the sofa with it, with no extra bits of thread hanging off! Reveal post will be up soon!

‘And lastly..’

Moo’s birthday is next Friday and I cannot wait! She has picked out lots of stuff this year and I am so excited to give her, her new scooter! We opted for the Micro-Maxi Scooter. I have decided to bake a piñata cake! Im dubious at how well its going to come out!

I am linking up with the ever so lovely Morgana over at her new blog Coffee Work Sleep Repeat  for this linky,

          I thought it would be, but once you know the basic stitches its so easy. I can crochet for hours if I could.. Very relaxing too 🙂

    I’ve just caught up on the Walking Dead, and oh my, what an episode! Cannot wait for tonight’s. I watched the last season of the Affair and was really drawn in by it, I loved it and hated it at the same time. I’ve got the new one saved on my planner but I’m waiting to be in the mood for it.
    The pinata cake sounds fab, there better be photos of it! xx
