Mini Egg Bark | Easter Recipe

With Easter firmly in our sights I decided to make some Easter themed bakes over the weekend. I wanted to try out a chocolate bark recipe and I found this one and it is definitely going to be one I will be making more often. I actually had one bit and the rest was eaten by Mr B and the children. I was sorely disappointed when I went to the fridge and there was an empty bowl! It was so simple and easy to make too! IMG_4809Ingredients

  • 300g white chocolate
  • 200g crushed Mini Eggs
  • Various food colourings

Method

  1. Melt the white chocolate and pour onto a greaseproof-lined baking tray.
  2. Drop small amounts of food colouring onto the surface and drag in swirls, using a skewer, to create colourful patterns.
  3. Top with the crushed Mini Eggs and leave to set. Once firm cut into squares.
