The Little Things {The Ordinary Moments}

If you have only just started reading my blog {sorry for those that do!} you won’t know that we recently moved. For the past 5 years, I have battled stairs, car park issues, and lack of toy space. This year we decided it was time and we sold our family flat. I know I seem to go on and on about our house move and by now you must all be bored by how much I ramble about it, but it really is the little things that make me and the children happy!

This past week we have torn apart our garden. It was full of concrete and was not child friendly at all. I am so new to this gardening lark, I want it to be easy to handle. The husband has been busying himself with a brick wall and the children have been having the most wonderful time making mud pies! The fact I can open up the backdoors and the children can move from inside to outside in a second makes me want to burst! {maybe a slight over exaggeration, but I have not had a garden for 7 years!} The kids are loving it, and I am loving watching them, listening to them and seeing how they cope with their new surroundings. So far they seem to be loving it!

  1. Gorgeous photos lovely and I hope you are well and settling into your new home. I bet doing up the garden is so exciting! x

  2. I can imagine after 7 years without a garden it must be an amazing feeling to open the back dour and let the kids run out. Enjoy! xx
